In 1998 the company built a new, state-of-the-art plant in Tualatin, Oregon. The 100,000-square-foot production facility has helped Empire Pacific become one of the leading vinyl window manufacturers, and the fastest growing, in the Northwest.
Empire Pacific Windows also has a facility in Sacramento and is enjoying considerable growth in the California market.All of Empire Pacific's window products meet the national requirements to earn the "Energy Star" rating. Energy Star, sponsored by the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, is designed to distinguish window and door products that are highly energy-efficient.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Empire Pacific Industries (EPI) warrants it will repair or replace at its option any EPI window that is defective in materials or workmanship for the life of the home. EPI warrants that the original sealed units in the EPI windows in your single family, owner occupied dwelling will be free from defects in materials or workmanship that would cause an obstruction of view due to dust or moisture. Should a unit fail, EPI will supply a replacement, insulated unit. The warranty described in this paragraph shall be IN LIEU OF any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Any claims of breach of warranty shall be deemed waived unless presented in writing to EPI within 60 days from date of delivery to the original buyer.
